MAISON AISHA Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days, provided that it is in its original condition—clean, unworn, unused, with tags attached.

Important Information

• Returns are not accepted for sale collection items. However, size and model exchanges are possible.
• The shipping cost for online orders is covered by MAISON AISHA. However, return or exchange shipping costs must be paid by the sender.

MAISON AISHA  reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. 

A refund will be made when goods are received in good condition and complete. It can take some time before the refunded amount appears on your credit card. Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day return deadline is not be eligible for an exchange.
